Campground Owners of New York (CONY) is pleased to announce its 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference, scheduled for Sunday, November 2, 2025, and Monday, November 3, 2025, at The Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, NY.
This year's conference offers a streamlined format focused on fostering connections, sharing stories, strategies, and celebrating successes among independent campground owners and operators from across New York State. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers, key suppliers, vendors, and tourism professionals.
The program will include CONY’s Annual Business Meeting and a mix of educational opportunities designed to equip attendees with actionable insights and fresh perspectives. Members can participate in keynote sessions, followed by interactive Fireside Fast Chats, corporate and franchise meetings, and one-on-one buyer-supplier conversations for personalized business development. Networking will be woven throughout the event, culminating in a lively cocktail reception and silent auction benefiting industry initiatives. The conference will also feature the Awards Dinner, honoring the very first Best of Camp New York winners and recognizing outstanding contributions across the state’s outdoor hospitality community.
Monday will offer additional training and certifications, with details to be announced soon. These sessions will provide deeper dives into essential topics for campground operators, and some may require separate registration.
Registration is now open for attendees and suppliers. A special discounted room rate of $264 + tax per standard room is available at The Otesaga.
