The Spring Zone Meetings are set up as shorter versions of our annual Fall Exposition. Each one-day session offers campground operators opportunities for educational and informational sessions from industry experts, and a mini trade show with you, our dedicated vendors - just in time for ordering supplies and services before opening day!

Help our attendees prepare for the upcoming camping season! Present your products and services to our attendees as an exhibitor at the CONY Zone Meetings. You may attend as many Zone Meetings as you choose (3 total). Your exhibit space will include a 6-foot table and two chairs. CONY Associate Members, registration fee for exhibitor space is only $75.00 for each location.  Non-member registration fee is only $100.00 for each location (consider becoming an associate member - visit our WEBSITE for membership details).

• 8:30am-9:00am:  Registration, Continental Breakfast, Networking, Vendor Setup
• 9:00am-10:15am:  Introductions, Regional Meetings, CONY Updates
• 10:30am-12:30pm:  Introduction of CONY Premium Alliance Partners and Trade Show
• 12:30pm-1:30pm:  Lunch
• 1:30pm-3:30pm:  Speakers, Updates, and Cracker Barrel Session

All times/schedules subject to change

We invite vendors to join us for lunch to take advantage of further networking opportunities. Lunch is $20 per person for each location, in addition to your booth space.
