Corporate & Franchise Group Meeting Room Rental
During CONY's Annual Meeting we are offering our corporate-managed parks and franchise groups the opportunity to host their own private meeting in Cooperstown. This is a perfect setting for your annual meeting, staff training, or team strategy session—conveniently scheduled alongside the main conference.
Your room rental includes:

Meeting space for up to 40 attendees for 4 hours

Access to conference venue amenities

Convenient location within the event site for easy access to sessions and networking opportunities
Special Member Rate: $295 for the day (AV and beverage/meal packages may be added at an additional cost). Please note, this rate does not include conference registration and/or hotel accommodations.
