This one-day event brings together campground owners, operators, industry partners, and supplier members for a focused day of networking, education, and business development. As an exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, introduce new products and services, and engage face-to-face with campground owners as they plan for the 2027 season.
The Annual Meeting provides a unique setting for meaningful conversations beyond the traditional trade show environment. Suppliers will be positioned alongside educational programming, networking opportunities, and the association’s annual business meeting, ensuring valuable interaction throughout the day. Attendees will also celebrate the successes of the 2026 camping season and recognize the recipients of the 2026 Best of Camp New York Awards.
With the camping season still underway, this gathering offers campground owners a timely opportunity to step away briefly, recharge, and begin preparing for the busy Columbus Day weekend and end-of-season operations - making it an ideal time for suppliers to help shape purchasing decisions and planning conversations for the year ahead.
The 2026 Fall Conference & Annual Meeting will be held in conjunction with the 2026 Northeast Campground Association Great Escape event, taking place September 29–30.
