Greater Niagara, Chautauqua-Allegheny, Finger Lakes Fall Regional Meeting

Meeting Details:

• Date: September 17th, 2024

• Time: 5:00 PM

• Location: Sleepy Hollow Lake Campground, Akron, NY

This meeting will serve as a regional meeting for campgrounds within these three regions. If anyone from other regions would like to attend, please feel free to message us—we'd be happy to have you join! As always there is strength in numbers, and we have s’more fun too!

Purpose of the Meeting:

1. Updates: We'll be discussing what the CONY office and board have been working on to benefit all parks. Member benefits as well as upcoming concerns and things we have been working on

2. Networking: A great opportunity to connect with peers and discuss our campground seasons—past, present, and future. We are hoping to have Emily, Ann and most of the Executive Board , as well as your regional directors here to network with you! 

3. Nominations

In Case of Inclement Weather:

If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll move the meeting to Dream Lake Campground in Warsaw. We will notify you by email should this change be necessary.

Dinner and Potluck:

The regional directors and executive committee will be providing dinner. We kindly ask that you bring an appetizer and/or dessert to share as we come together to exchange ideas and experiences within the campground industry. 

We really think you would benefit from this meeting and look forward to your presence. Please rsvp to Nina Latello at Sleepy Hollow (2nd Vice Chair) if you plan to attend the meeting and let us know how many participants you will be bringing with you, so we can plan meals accordingly.
