Work Camping Positions for 2025 – Couples Preferred

Join Our Family at Sleepy Hollow Lake Campground!

We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working couples for the 2025 camping season at our family-friendly campground! If you love the great outdoors and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Available Positions:

• Make reservations and handle check-ins.

• Assist with store sales and stock inventory.

• Deliver items to campsites as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service with a smile! 

• Light cleaning  

Maintenance & Groundskeeping:

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.

• Take care of lawn maintenance, weed whacking, and general landscaping.

• Assist with entry-level maintenance tasks to keep the campground in great shape.

• Maintain the grounds to create a beautiful, welcoming environment for our campers.  

• Basic pool care and balancing 

Housekeeping & Clean Team:

• Clean cabins and ensure they are guest-ready.

• Maintain cleanliness in the campground bathrooms and common areas.

• General park cleanup and upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment. 

Activity Coordinator/Director:

• Plan, organize, and lead fun, family-friendly activities for our guests.

• Engage with campers of all ages to create memorable experiences.

• Oversee the setup and execution of weekend events and special activities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15 per hour, paid for all hours worked (approximately 25 hours per week per position).

• Campsite included (water and electric), with a $200 electric credit.

• Free pump-outs for RVs.

• Rotating nights and weekends, offering flexibility while meeting the needs of our campers.

• Couples are preferred, but all applicants will be considered.

• Must be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.

• Experience in customer service, maintenance, or campgrounds is a plus.

• Must be friendly, dependable, and enjoy working in a team environment.

• Self-contained RV is required.

• Ideal start date: May 1, 2025. End date: October 15, 2025, with flexibility for a September 30, 2025, departure if needed.
