About Us

C.T. Male Associates is a full service engineering, environmental, surveying, architecture and land services firm located in Latham, NY. We have six branch offices across NY State.

C.T. Male Associates was the engineer for the Frontier Town Campground, Equestrian Center and Day Use Area. Our services included: site plan design services; stormwater design; civil design for roads, drainage, trails, water and wastewater systems, porous pavement surfaces, rain gardens and infiltration basins; electrical design including solar; SEQR compliance; visual impact assessment; APA permitting; architectural design; water well investigation and design; septic system design; construction plans and details; and construction phase services.
