CONY Exposition for the Outdoor Hospitality Industry Set for Albany, NY

Event with trade show scheduled for October 31 – November 2, 2022

Pittsford, New York — July 13, 2022 Campground Owners of New York (CONY), the trade association for independently owned campgrounds in New York State, will hold its 59th Exposition for the Outdoor Hospitality Industry in Albany, New York from October 31 to November 2, 2022. Campground operators and staff, prospective operators, and industry vendors are invited to participate.

This year the Exposition theme is “Recreation Readiness and Rejuvenation.” According to Suzanne Hopkins, CONY’s Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations, activities are being crafted around this concept. “We’re planning the Expo to help our attendees relax and get refreshed, so they can be ready to offer the best in recreation and rejuvenation for their guests next year.”

The Exposition is a mix of seminars, social events, and trade show with vendors, and will be held at The Governor Nelson A Rockefeller Empire State Plaza Convention Center and the Renaissance Albany Hotel in Albany, NY. The Renaissance Albany Hotel is also the host hotel for lodging.

For those who have attended the Exposition in recent years, there is a change to the trade show schedule. This year CONY will host a trade show preview night with dinner stations from 7pm-9pm on Monday, October 31st, and then a full trade show day with lunch buffet from 10am-4pm on Tuesday, November 1st. Tours of New York’s Capitol Building are also being planned for attendees.
