CONY Spring Zone Meetings Set for March 28-30, 2023

Each meeting with trade show repeats in Albany, Auburn, and Batavia, NY.
 
Pittsford, New York — February 3, 2023 — Campground Owners of New York (CONY), the trade association for independently owned campgrounds in New York State, announces the dates and locations for its Spring Zone Meetings. Campground operators and staff, prospective operators, and industry vendors are invited to participate.

Each Zone Meeting starts at 9:00am and repeats daily in three locations:

  • March 28, 2023: Polish Community Center, Albany, NY (Eastern NY).
  • March 29, 2023: Holiday Inn, Auburn, NY (Central NY).
  • March 30, 2023: Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel, Batavia, NY (Western NY).
The Spring Zone Meetings are set up as shorter versions of CONY’s annual fall Exposition. These meetings kick off the upcoming camping season by providing attendees with tools and resources to strive for success in their businesses. Speakers at each one-day meeting provide industry information and educational presentations. Attendees hold regional meetings, get briefed on legislative news, and enjoy a mini two-hour trade show with dedicated vendors just in time for ordering supplies and services.

The cost to attend a Zone Meeting is $30 per person and includes lunch and materials.

A limited number of vendor tables are available at each location – choose one, two or all three meetings – that will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Vendor table rates (per table, per location) are $75 for CONY members, $125 for non-members.
