Become Part of the Whispering Pines Campsites & RV Park's Team!
We are looking for workcampers, either individuals or couples, to join our Whispering Pines family. We are a 112-site campground, located just outside of historic Saratoga Springs, NY. We are situated on 75 acres of pine trees, with 2 ponds and a picturesque trout stream that runs along our property border.
Current Available Positions
Front Desk Clerk
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome & check-in arriving guests
- Process new reservations
- Answer & return emails and phone calls
- Operate POS system for store sales (proficient computer skills preferred)
- Keep office/store/activity room neat & clean
Responsibilities Include:
- Grounds maintenance & park security
- Site & fire ring cleaning
- Swimming pool testing, cleaning & maintenance
- Operation of pump-out service
- Water testing & monitoring
- Occasional help with restroom cleaning
- Various fix-it tasks as needed (plumbing & electrical experience preferred)
Compensation
- $15.50 / hour
- Minimum of 10 hours / week (additional hours available)
- Free electric
- Free pump-outs (if no sewer on site)
