- 12:30pm-5:30pm: Buyers Workshop. A panel of experts offering intel on how to find a park and things to look for, legal issues, broker tips, rebranding a park, financing, insurance, and other buyer considerations. Details and registration provided in separate outreach.

- 10:30am-11:45am: Cracker Barrel Session. Moderated by Lori Severson, Exec. Director of Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners and President of Severson & Associates.
- Noon-1:00pm: CONY 101 Lunch and Learn (BYO lunch). This session is for new and prospective CONY members, and current members seeking a refresher about CONY.

- Strategic Planning at Your Park. Lori Severson, Exec. Director of Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners and President of Severson & Associates. Learn how to prioritize projects with the end in mind. Determine what strategies help you make this plan. You will leave with ideas you can start on today. Determine what the biggest ROI's are for you based on your long and short term exit strategies.
- 3:00pm-4:00pm: Keynote Address. Own the Future - How You Can Adapt to a Changed World. Mark Koep, Owner of Campground Views, Inc., and a host of a popular Facebook group for campground owners and managers with over 3,200 members. The Outdoor Hospitality Industry has shifted due to macro trends and the impact of COVID regulations. Your customers have been forever changed and therefore your business needs to change, too. This presentation will look at the major factors driving this change, discuss how you should adapt to these changes, and provide you with some strategies to get the most out of the CONY event.
