The annual CONY Exposition for the Outdoor Hospitality Industry & Trade show is a multi-day event focused on education, networking, and commerce for campground operators and vendors. This year, we're in Albany, NY!

- 9:00am-4:00pm: CONY Board of Directors Strategic Planning Session.
- 12:30pm-5:30pm: Buyers Workshop. A panel of experts offering intel on how to find a park and things to look for, legal issues, broker tips, rebranding a park, financing, insurance, and other buyer considerations. Details and registration provided in separate outreach.
- 8:00am-6:00pm: Expo Desk Open
- 9:00am-6:00pm: Exhibitor Set Up
- 9:00am-10:00am: Capitol Tour (New Time)
- 10:30am-11:45am: Cracker Barrel Session. Moderated by Lori Severson, Exec. Director of Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners and President of Severson & Associates.
- Noon-1:00pm: CONY 101 Lunch and Learn (BYO lunch). This session is for new and prospective CONY members, and current members seeking a refresher about CONY.
- 1:00pm-1:30pm: Expo Welcome and Opening Remarks

- Current Issues & Strategies for What To Do. Christine Taylor, Partner, Towne Law Firm, P.C., a CONY Alliance Partner. From current social issues and how best to handle them, to guest removal and seasonal agreements, to active shooter policies, procedures, and preventive measures, Christine will prepare you for some of the most alarming situations that may arise due to the ever-changing social climate of today's world.
- Strategic Planning at Your Park. Lori Severson, Exec. Director of Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners and President of Severson & Associates. Learn how to prioritize projects with the end in mind. Determine what strategies help you make this plan. You will leave with ideas you can start on today. Determine what the biggest ROI's are for you based on your long and short term exit strategies.
- 3:00pm-4:00pm: Keynote Address. Own the Future - How You Can Adapt to a Changed World. Mark Koep, Owner of Campground Views, Inc., and a host of a popular Facebook group for campground owners and managers with over 3,200 members. The Outdoor Hospitality Industry has shifted due to macro trends and the impact of COVID regulations. Your customers have been forever changed and therefore your business needs to change, too. This presentation will look at the major factors driving this change, discuss how you should adapt to these changes, and provide you with some strategies to get the most out of the CONY event.

What's the long game when it comes to successful marketing in this modern day and age? How are all these aspects integrated for success? Bring your questions for an engaging hour of conversation. - Forward Thinking in Guest Services - EV Charging Stations. Will DeRuve, Sales Director, Livingstone Energy Group, a CONY Vendor Partner. Learn about the emerging EV industry as a whole, plus how charging stations function, and what options might work best for operators considering putting them in their parks, or advocating to get more installed in their rural locales. What are some of the challenges? What are some of the benefits? What are next steps for "forward thinking" business people considering updates to services and amenities for their parks?

Fees/Admission
Exhibitor tables include 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, wireless internet access and basic electric access. Due to the layout of the facility, there is no pipe and drape setup this year. Lodging fees are separate.
